Request the deletion of specific data without deleting your Lullai account.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

  2. 2Specify which data you would like deleted in the details field.
  3. 3Click the 'Submit Request' button to send your request.
  4. 4We will confirm and process your request within 7 business days.

Data You Can Request to Delete

  • Baby cry recordings and analysis history
  • Baby profiles and tracking records
  • Growth and development records
  • Usage history and app analytics data

Account credentials and active subscription data cannot be deleted while your account remains active. To delete this data, you must delete your account.
